We assessed the student profile for this hybrid position was likely a RHIT graduate and contacted the regional community colleges offering this program so the position could be presented to current and former students.
We also worked closely with the small business to customize interview questions to best evaluate the "soft skills" required when interfacing with medical staff. We continue to offer suggestions, training resources and reports to continously improve the client experience for this firm.
